Week 15

We made a sudden trip to Oklahoma to visit Papa and Nene. While browsing Old Navy with Nene, Meli fell in love with this tutu swimsuit. It fits Meli's personality to a tee. She's a self-professed "girly-girl!" and loves all things pink, purple and frilly. After trying on the swimsuit and modeling it for me, she twirled her way back to the dressing room, doing her version of a ballerina dance all the way!


A sudden trip to Oklahoma is not something Brad does flippantly... He had a purpose and this Chevy Caprice wagon was it. I don't exactly know why he has so much of an intrigue in these cars, but I actually like it. I think he enjoys modifying them (he has another one) and he knows how to work on them so that's a huge bonus (he says he drove a very similar model when he used to race and his dad made him do a lot of the work on it). I was sold when I saw how big the trunks were...perfect for his trips to Lowe's!
