I'm baring myself a little here.. I gained a little weight over the holidays. Nothing new. Except that instead of losing it by March, I gained more. :(
I have been sitting 10 lbs heavier. In spite of running faster. In spite of drinking almost nothing but water (I still need that glass of tea here and there...).
I take a decent day where I can get it and waking up to this made me happy. Even though the scale still says I have 10 lbs to lose....
