Today was a pretty eventful day. There's so much detail that I could go into, but I'll just get to the explanation for the pictures.
We had a beautiful day here in my area of Texas. It was great enough for me to wear shorts (which I love). Because of the incredible weather, I decided to take the kids on a walk this afternoon. My destination was "Kyle's house" because I had a long overdue Thank You card (postponed since November....oops!) and an invitation for Kyle's mom, Tara, to go to a free event.
Well, to say the least, our walk turned into an evening spent with 3-year-old Kyle, 18-month-old Lacy, and their parents, Tara and Doug. After naps, we arranged for my kids to go back and play in their backyard. Then our husbands got home and Kyle wouldn't stop asking if Meli could eat dinner with them. When all was said and done, we were all meeting at Mariano's Hacienda where Meli and Kyle posed together for these adorable snapshots.
