Unlike usual we had no problem deciding where we would eat. It was a lunch for Nene's birthday (as well as Riley's and Brad's) so we went to Nene's favorite place, Tupinamba's. I had to take this pic b/c Brad is always taunting me about running over curbs...which I don't...

Meli found one of her newborn tees and managed to squeeze it on. Reminds me of the pop princesses of my teen years: Britney, Christina... Now I understand what their fashion pre-requisite was--shirts that were 4 sizes too small.
Early in the week we visited The Warren Center to give Becky and Megan (Riley's former speech therapists) Thank You cards. On the way he konked out while reading the book Lane gave him for his first birthday.

Meli chose to wear the new dress I sewed for her. I'm surprised I did an alright job. It actually came out cute. :)
Brad let Riley chose what he wanted to do in the evening and he chose to play at Chuck E. Cheese. He wouldn't stop talking about the horsey-ride.
When we made it home we had cake and ice cream...Riley thought the 3 candle was a yummy candy. :(
